Do nto forget that the internatonal wire transfer can take up to 3 days (sometimes more) so do not wait for the last second to pay your fee, because these guys are really serious about kicking you out of the list, if you do not pay. And it should be that way.
Dear debaters!
Some quick Q&As about payments and passwords given to you!
Q: I am struggling to work out how to
pay for euros registeration. Everytime i try to log in, it says that i am not
allowed to
log in until phase 3.
The passwords
given are not meant for paying. These are for adding your additional
information (travel details, dietary requests etc) in Phase 3, which opens in
April. Please don't try to pay from there.
For payments you had 2 options: credit
card or bank transfer. If you want to pay by credit card, you
need to enter your credit card details when you got the invoice (right after
you pushed the button after filling in the registration form). If you didn't do
that and you still want to pay by credit card, please contact Piret Poopuu at

If you want pay by bank transfer, you need to go to your bank (online or not)
and just transfer the money to the account given on the invoice. In any
trouble, please contact Piret Poopuu at

Q: Who should I ask advice about
payments?
Then please contact our Payments Coordinator Piret Poopuu at

. The last day
before the deadline she's at work on March 20th, since March 21st
is a national holiday and 22nd and 23rd is the weekend.
Q: I entered xxx,xxx as payer, since I
was in a hurry registering. Can I get an invoice?
Yes you can, by
writing to

people's names you are pyaing for.
But you need to hurry, because the deadline for payments is March 23rd. That
means that by that time we need to see that you have done the transfer. If you
are afraid that the transfer might not make it to us by that time, please
a) send a bank transfer confirmation to

or
b) fax it to number +3726266232, and put the name Piret Poopuu on the corner on
that.
And do it by March 23rd as well.
Any confirmations that reach us later than March 23rd ar not taken into account.
Q: Has my payment come through?
We're currently checking the payments and the first "Confirmed"
statues will be made public today.
Another thing. Since in Estonia 24th is not a national holiday, the bank
transfers will come through to us on Moday as well. All you need make sure is
that you pay on a working day in your country, that means that your transfer
will be handled there. If you're afraid that the payment you have made, let's
say on March 20th, will be late, please do the thing mentioned in the previous
answer - send us the confirmation showing us that you have made the payment on
your part.
Q: Can we do late payments?
Unfortunately we
do not accept late payments, regardless of what sort of impediment are you
encountering. All registrants that have not paid by 23 March or at least sent
us a copy of the payment order effected by that date, will be deleted from the
list.
We have pointed out several times, that if the payment deadline isn’t followed,
we are going to cancel the registration of these teams/adjudicators. If they
can not pay under their university, they can for example pay from their
ownfunds and ask reimbursement from the university later on. If they need a
different/corrected invoice for that later, we can provide that. The important
thing is that all the teams and judges pay by 23 March.
Q: I just realized that I should have received a
password for the registration that I haven't received.
Every person who
registered (except the remitter) or was registered by someone else should have
received a registration confirmation to the e-mail address that was indicated
on the registration form. If you didn’t receive a confirmation, the reason
might be a faulty e-mail address – considering that the registration was
probably quite hasty for all of you, it could be that you simply mistyped it
etc.
If you let us know that you did not receive a confirmation, we will send you a
new one.
The only essential information contained in the registration confirmation was
your password for Phase 3. Other than that, you have not missed out on anything
important! You won’t be needing the password before end of April, when we are
in Phase 3, so you can probably expect to receive the password at some point in
April.
If you didn’t receive the confirmation, but you are on the list at our website,
then don’t worry – you are registered!
Best of luck!
